The original 2-day workshop was designed in the early 2000s by Hetty Einzig, coaching ‘grandfather’ John Whitmore, and Diana Whitmore – all deeply experienced in psychosynthesis.
Hetty worked with John for many years, shaping the field of Transpersonal Coaching and extending the reach of coaching within organisations. After John’s death in 2017 Hetty continued to offer Transpersonal Coaching workshops.
Christopher Connolly has now joined our faculty. Spirit at Work’s enriched programme includes insights and tools from Christopher’s research into Transition Expertise . This strengthens the programme’s relevance for today when people change jobs rapidly and frequently.
In 2024 the programme received accreditation from the Association for Coaching at Certificate level. We're delighted that the high quality of the programme has been recognised and are very much looking forward to this next chapter in our Transpersonal Leadership Coaching journey.
“I was richly rewarded at every moment throughout the programme, not only because of the wonderfully talented Hetty and Christopher, but by being with others, practising and asking questions, sharing observations, being curious and open, enjoying the freedom of learning, held within specific time boundaries, then to absorb, taste and play with what was on offer…
I also found the spiritual dimension of the work extremely rewarding and refreshing, deepening my interest and somehow offering me a sense of finding a real home for me as coach, and me as a thinking, feeling and committed human being.”

Eulalie Charland’s journey has been shaped by creativity, leadership, and transformation. Beginning her musical life at four years old, the violin became her anchor, leading her to play on international stages. After graduating from the Royal College of Music, she enjoyed two decades as a professional violinist in London, honing not only her performance but also the deeper art of connection with audiences, collaborators, and herself.
More recently, Eulalie’s resilience was tested through a devastating divorce and the challenges of recovering from complex PTSD. These experiences deepened her understanding of healing, growth, and the human capacity for transformation.
Her passion for empowering others extends to her role as co-founder of Synchrony, a chamber ensemble which fostered creativity and collaboration among women creators, transforming audience expectations through bold programming and intimate performances.
Now an Integral Coach, Eulalie integrates her expertise in focus, embodiment, and leadership to guide clients toward meaningful change. She balances her passions for tango, tantra, and motherhood with championing creativity and connection.
